Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council (CAHRC) is a national non-profit organization focused on workforce development in agriculture. CAHRC provides farmers with tools, training, and resources to improve human resource practices, including the AgriHR Toolkit and agriculture-specific micro-credentials. They support producers in areas such as recruitment, worker retention, seasonal labour management, and compliance with employment laws.
