Alberta Farm Safety Centre

The Alberta Farm Safety Centre, founded in 1991 and based in Raymond, Alberta, is a charitable organization dedicated to promoting safe agricultural practices across the province. It supports farmers and rural communities through educational programs like “Safety Smarts,” which has reached over 850,000 children with age-appropriate farm safety lessons delivered in schools. The Centre collaborates with industry stakeholders to offer workshops, resources, and initiatives that address health, safety, and well-being in agricultural settings. Recently rebranded as the Heartland Training & Support Hub, it continues to expand its mission while maintaining a strong commitment to farm safety.
