Agriculture and Agri Food Canada

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is a section of the government of Canada which has a responsibility for policies related to agriculture production, farming revenue, research & development, examination, and the regulation of animals and plants. It also has responsibilities concerning rural development and is commonly called as Ag-Canada. In addition it also provides scientific information to guide the government decision-making processes. Ag Canada supports both corporate and local agricultural producers and suppliers. It does this through a variety of programs and facilities.
